Where and how do you start to lose those holiday pounds around your belly? We all know it is the time of year where all of the richest most delicious foods on the planet are thrust in front of our faces at work, at home, and at play. Even at the gym they had a low fat holiday treat for us to enjoy. Most of the weight gained on Americans this holiday season will stagnantly form right around the midsection.
