To construct this children's Christmas craft you will need cardstock in red, white and beige, scissors, a ruler, craft glue, small tipped black marker, red chalk, white thread, star shaped puncher, circle shaped puncher, cotton balls to make the top of Santa's hat fluffy.

The first couple of steps are to cut out fairly narrow triangles. To do this make a template and trace it onto the red cardstock. Ideally you will want to make six of these triangles. After creating all the large red triangles you will need to make another template for the beard. Use the red template and trace it onto a piece of white cardstock. Cut out this template and trim its size down by cutting about half a centimetre off the sides. After the beard template is complete trace it six times onto white cardstock and cut out each triangle. When the white triangles are cut out they will need to be trimmed down in size. This will be enough triangles to make one Santa Claus mobile.
