Create Free Hannah Montana Coloring Pages for Kids

You may not think you can create your own coloring book pages from simple photos of your child's favorite star, but you can! Kids love to color and coloring is an easy and fun way for kids to express their creativity, not to mention it keeps them busy for a few minutes giving you a few minutes of peace.

Since Hannah Montana is all the rage right now why not create your very own Hannah Montana coloring pages for free. Here's how you can do it:

Step One: Find your favorite Hannah Montana image. Because most images are copyrighted you will want to only create and print these images for your own personal use. To create coloring pages for other uses be sure to use images that are not copyrighted or your use your own personal images.

Open the image in Photoshop and size it to fit your paper. Create a duplicate layer to work with for Steps 2 and 3. To do this click on Layer > New > Layer via Copy.

Step Two: Go to Filter >Sketch >Photocopy and adjust the Detail and Darkness settings. Try to keep the Detail setting as low as possible while still keeping the major outlines of the image. The Darkness setting just needs to be dark enough to see the outlines you want to keep.

Step Three: The last thing you will want to do is clean the image up a bit by adjusting the levels. To do this go to Layers >New Adjustment Layer >Levels and increase the shadow levels until you are satisfied with the darkness of the lines. Then decrease the highlight levels to clean up some of the noise in the white areas of the picture.

Step Four: Now just print out your new Hannah Montana coloring page in black and white and you are all set to color!
