August 21, 2008: I would like to have an "on line" business in Canada to help people with budgetting. I live off my investments but as I do not have a licence as a financial adviser, I am not permitted to steer people to good investments. However, helping them with their budgeting is something I can very capable of doing. My charge would be minimal. I have helped friends and they are the ones who think I should start an enterprise of this kind.
