What You Need to Make Clone Wars iPod Skins

Adhesive Paper - A standard-sized sheet of of adhesive paper. Or one sheet of clear laminate.
Can of Fixative - Fixative will help the printed image stay on the paper. One favored brand of fixative is Krylon.
Preparing the iPod
Before attaching any type of skin, homemade or retail, clean the iPod first. According to Apple, the iPod may be cleaned with a "soft, damp, lint-free cloth." (Apple.com) They advise that you do not use any other cleaning products.
Print the Clone Wars iPod Skins
Place one sheet of the adhesive paper in the printer. Select an authentic Cone Wars Star Wars iPod Skin and print it out.
Method One: Adhesive Paper and Fixative
An adult should spray fixative over the entire colored image to help set the picture. Spray fixative can be found in the art section at Wal-mart or at an arts and crafts retail store like Michael's. Fixative is usually used to preserve drawings created with charcoal or dry pastels.
Tip: Spray the fixative in a well-ventilated area. Let the fixative dry completely before handling the paper. Use a light hand while applying the fixative. Not much is needed to create a protective coating.
Cut the design along the green lines. Attach the design to the iPod.
