Residents can choose a patio home, cottage or apartment-style residence: balcony or patio, 24-hour emergency call system, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, wall to wall carpeting, window treatments, choice of paint color, fully equipped kitchen, fire safety systems, and washer/dryer available in some residences.
