Canadian Pacific's annual Holiday Trains, are travelingCanadian Pacific Railway's trainlines in the U.S. and Canada to raise money for local food shelves. Holiday Trains are spectacular sights, consisting of a diesel locomotive pulling several freight and passenger cars decorated with thousands of lights. One boxcar has been converted with a stage where entertainers perform at each stop. The boxcar will open at the stops and a festive holiday performance will entertain the crowds at towns and cities along the route.

There are two Holiday Trains, bringing the holiday message ofjoy and generosity,traveling in the United States and Canada, in December 2006.

The U.S. and Southern Ontario Holiday Train travels from Scranton, Pennsylvania to Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Entertainers include Milwaukee folk-rocker Willy Porter, Nashville bluegrass / country singer-songwriter and former New Grass Revival guitarist Pat Flynn and Canadian Country Music Association Hall of Famer Tracey Brown.

The Canadian Holiday Train travels from Beaconsfield, Quebec, to Port Moody, British Columbia.. The Canadian Holiday Train's artists include Canadian Blues rockers Wide Mouth Mason, Lisa Brokop, one of Canada's finest Canadian vocalists, and Holiday Train orchestra conductor Mike Normand.

All times are approximate. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Check the arrival time prior to attending the event as the schedule is subject to change.

New York
• Binghamton, New York: 8:45-9:15 p.m., East Binghamton Rail Yard, Conklin Ave.

Saturday, December 2

New York
• Oneota, NewYork: 4:15-4:45 p.m., Gas Avenue railroad crossing.
• Cobleskill,New York: 7:15-7:45 p.m., Cobleskill Fire Department, 610 Main Street.
• Delanson, New York: 9:00-9:30 p.m., Main Street railroad crossing.
