Thanks to the release of Dallas on DVD box sets and the upcoming 30^th reunion of the popular television series, I can finally catch up on the show that hooked my parents in my youth.

Dallas was a popular primetime soap opera, airing from 1978 until 1991. The series included an all-star cast, including Larry Hagman and Patrick Duffy, both of whom are well known for the characters they portrayed. In fact, the fictional Ewing family helped Hagman and Duffy become household names.
