I used to be the type of person who wondered if I could ever make it through the day. The drowsiness hit me at about four o'clock every day. It became such a pattern that it felt natural. I was not sure exactly what was wrong with me, but I did my research thoroughly. I looked into all
 the ways this tiredness was caused by. The conclusions I came back with are as follows. There are various reasons that cause this chronic tiredness. There are physical and emotional tolls that can cause people to be sleepy.

The physical tolls to make people drowsy can include, but not limited to, thyroid problems, lack of physical activity, and sleeping disorders such as insomnia. Some people who are overweight refuse to exercise because of their health. The result of this causes these people to be even more tired. The best idea is to stay active in some way throughout the day. Try not to become inactive. This causes us to be tired.

Emotional problems can be the biggest cause of tiredness. Anxiety, depression, and stress are all very big parts of chronic tiredness. Facing a rough problem in life that feels like there is no solution can lead to a person not being able to sleep.

Many people who face tiredness complain of many different problems with associated with it. They cannot make it through the whole day without napping at times. Poor concentration especially at school can be a devastating problem when it comes to academics. Others find it hard to be motivated at times. A lack of energy, just in general, is the biggest problem.

Some solutions to these problems are to first of all, have a better sleep pattern. Go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning. The amount of sleep a person gets every night is a big determiner in how someone feels also. The average recommendation is eight hours of sleep a night. Try to relax before going to bed to ensure that sleeping is easy.

Eating right is very important to how you feel throughout the day. Make sure to eat a balanced diet. Also having any caffeine will hinder sleep patterns. So avoid caffeinated beverages at all times. Try not to eat the same types of food. Vary what you eat.
