The Yankee Candle Company began in 1969 with a sixteen year old boy and some melted crayons. You'll be able to tell by the delicious scent wafting out of the store as you walk by.Yankee Candle stores sell a number of specialty scented candles, candle holders, votives, gift sets, and home fragrance products. Yankee Candle introduces special scents throughout the year to commemorate holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Valentine's Day. For instance, they will release special peppermint, mistletoe, and cinnamon scents for Christmas. They will also release seasonally appropriate gift sets, candle holders, and accessories.
Yankee Candle offers a wide variety of scented candles to tickle everyone's fancy. Some of their scents include: french vanilla, berry tangerine, lavender, patchouli, eucalyptus, pink grapefruit, roasted coffee, spiced pumpkin, island mango, honeydew melon, raspberry cream, pineapple citrus, butter cream, blueberry, key lime pie, ocean water, cinnamon vanilla, cranberry peppermint, tangerine peach, and white zinfandel.
