I lost 30 pounds on this plan by just doing the diet only. I want to lose 30 more so I started the exercise program. The program is strict but not hard. The food plan gives you a rapid results option, a normal option and a gourmet option. The hardest part for me is the amount of water you need to drink in a day. The plan recommends 100 oz a day.

I attempted the plan, but failed by the 3rd day. The food without seasoning was terrible! The seasonings that we were allowed to used didn't add flavor, in my opinion. Some of the no sodium things they said will add for flavor, were impossible for me to find. Though, I had a bad experience with the program, I really do belive it will work. I kept my kit because I do plan on trying it again some day soon.

I know 3 woman who are morbidly obese that work at a Doctors office I go to. They have lost so much weight that it's just incredible. They said it was easy and they are still loosing. I may have to try this diet soon!

Glad I read your article first. I almost coughed up the $100 plus dollars for the plan. I think I can still do this (Loose 20lbs and sculpt my ideal body) but this plan has too many restrictions. Thanks a lot.
