Top 10 TV Shows of 2006

How do you exactly pick the top TV shows? The ratings change weekly, so that can only be a part of it. Longevity? Yes, another part. Instant Hit shows? For sure. So I have tried to combine a bit of each one in picking the best of 2006. And tried to find an assortment of different types: drama, comedy, talk and game shows. Of course, not everyone will agree, but if you have not seen one of these, give it a look. You have to see it at least once before you decide. OH Yes, there is one more factor that I took into consideration. My Personal favorites. They are in no particular order. Some of them are so close in the ratings, and it is hard to say if you like one of your favorite shows more that another one when you are anxious to see all of them equally.

This is one of the best ever reality type shows simply because it is about real people in real life situations. The Roloff family lets us see the challenges of a family where the parents and one of the children are little people. They are more of a typical family than you may think. They are Real People in the Real World/

How would any of us cope in the situation of being crashed on an island with a plane load of strangers, where you have to work together to survive, even though it is sometimes impossible. This show does it every week and more than well enough to make it one of the best tv shows of 2006.

Grey's Anatomy
Grey’s Anatomy needs no introduction. Since it came on the scene in 2005, a whole legion of fans has become enthraled with the lives of Dr. Grey and the rest of the surgical team. To say the least. A sure one for one of the Top TV shows of 2006
