The Apple Patch Diet, what is it? How does it work? Now this was a new one and I will admit I viewed it with some skepticism until I did some reading on it. The Apple Patch Diet uses a transdermal patch applied to the skin. Transdermal delivery systems are an FDA approved method. Instead of having to remember to swallow a pill, you just apply the patch and your skin absorbs the herbal formula. The company that produces the Apple Patch promises the product to boost your energy levels, jump start your metabolism so that you burn calories naturally. The herbs are supposed to also help curb your appetite. I was a little wary of all these promises, but checked out some testimonials from folks using the Apple Patch Diet plan. The testimonials did indicate that the product is effective in curbing appetite, not having adverse side effects like so many of the diet pills on the market, did not cause sleeplessness, nervousness, or jitters. Weight losses averaged between 3-15 pounds over a three week period. I would consider this a good approach for someone wanting to shed those few pounds after the holidays, or prior to some big event. The pounds seem to creep up on us during the holidays, so I'm wondering if the Apple Patch would be a good method to avoid the pounds in the first place. Put on the patch prior to those big feasts, go enjoy yourself, while controlling your hunger at the same time. Is sounds pretty good, and the concept makes sense! I'm going to give the Apple Patch Diet a try and see if I can keep off the pounds this holiday season.
