Michelle Devon, a native resident of Texas, has found that her writing styles are novel worthy, as well as, Internet worthy. Michelle now works at home full time as a freelance writer after having to leave her job due to illnesses. For me as the writer of this interview with her, I am glad to have had this chance to interview such a wonderful writer and a very nice, compassionate lady as Michelle L. Devon. What REALLY inspires you to write?
Michelle L. Devon told me that everything inspires her to write. She writes when shes happy or sad. Lifes experiences while Michelle is out and about doing her daily tasks inspires her as well. Michelle Devon keeps a running list of topics that she wishes to write about. Like many of us her list could keep her in writing material for months to come.
When you are at your computer, what is the one thing that really gets your fingers moving for an article?
Michelle loves to write poetry and that is what tends to get her fingers flowing fluently with her keyboard. While she admits that get paid for her poetry, it is still one of her deepest passions. As for the articles Michelle writes, her articles are about other topics that she has a passion for. Two prime examples of topics that show her true passion are her articles on Corporal Punishment in Schools and Understanding ADHD.
How did you get into writing?
Through most of Michelle Devons life she hasnt remembered a time when she wasnt writing about something. Interestingly enough, Michelle wrote her first complete song, music and lyrics, at the age of eight and completed her first novel at the age of twelve. Her writing followed her through middle school with the newspaper and poetry in high school.
Due to the birth of her daughter and the advice she was given from others, she put her writing on hold to get what others like to call a real job. Now that Michelles daughter is of age, Michelle started her writing career three years ago.
