All About the Beouf

Shia LaBeouf is one of the hottest stars of the moment and his biography reads like a true rags to riches story. Shia LaBeouf was born in California on June 11, 1986 to Shayna and Jeffery LaBeouf. His parents held various jobs while Shia was growing up, Shayna
worked as a ballerina and his father a circus mime and rodeo clown. Shia was brought up following the Jewish religion and his name means "A gift from God" in Hebrew. He grew up poor with his father in and out of drug rehabilitation centers, his parents eventually divorced and Shia stayed with his mother.

He first appeared on our TV sets starring in the Disney comedy show "Even Stevens" where he played the school prankster Louis-Anthony Stevens. He received a Day Time Emmy for his role on the show. He would stay on as Louis Stevens for 3 more years.
