The World Loves Drama

Just like the title says, " the world loves drama ". That's what this article is all about. That feeling you get when you're watching a talk show or seeing somebody in a movie pursuing their happiness through obstacles and misfortune. That little itch that you get on the roof of your mouth when something appeals to you.

If you think logically about it, the world actually runs on drama. And we, the people of the human race, are fueled by it. Day in and day out. You may say to yourself " I don't watch action movies or read suspense novels ". You may not watch any television or read so much as a sentence in a newspaper. But don't misconstrue anything. This applies to you as much as it does to me.

Yes, I admit it. I love drama as much as the next man. It gives me the emotion I need to function. Whether it's because of a bill that is overdue or finding out that I only have one cigarette left. That emotion fuels me by the second, and I hang on to it. Take advantage of it even. That's exactly what I am doing right now. I am using the drama that is corrupting my mind to help me write an article and post it so that other people may read it and realize the blind truth that is on the tip of everyone's tongue. I'm just giving it a name.

If you are finding it difficult to understand this, let me help you with this example : yesterday I was watching the " Steve Wilkos Show ". That alone should be evidence enough. What with all of the yelling and chair throwing Steve Wilkos does on his show. But this particular show was nearly calling out to me. The topic was " The Confession and Arrest of a Pedophile ". If you are a regular reader of my work, you know by now that any subject concerning pedophiles or any type of child abuse makes my blood boil.
