Fine cuisine on board? It's a bold claim to make, and probably a brave one, yet that is exactly what Malaysia Airlines brings to the table as part of its new experience which includes a seating upgrade, in flight entertainment, convenience facilities, the
 introduction of mood lighting and other added features for business travelers. I can't deny their claim, as the airline is one of only four airlines in the world to have been awarded a 5 Star Airline rating by Skytrax.

It's a common held belief among fine diners, which the quality of food is in inverse proportion to the altitude of dining room, yet the Malaysia Airlines team chefs stationed around the world is creating new menus to delight and tantalize even the most discerning plates.

From the much-loved Satay with its delicate peanut sauce to rich, warm spice and coconut flavored Rendang, connoisseurs have long appreciate the fine flavors of Malaysian cuisine. As I know Malaysia is also situated in the heart of Spice Islands.
