I'm Reading This To You Because You Need to 'Know' The Word (as opposed to 'glance at an open page of a book containing' the word) Writing exists. Indeed, it's where The Word might start, but that way people are TAUGHT to just skim any "important reading" to pick out "keywords and -phrases" and "talking points" (i.e. the facts that are the answers to the questions on the test). But SKIMMING is NOT how you find life's answers, because you can't respond to life's problems with 'an answer.'
