Consumer-Statement to "Affiliated Physical Therapists" of Oklahoma City

Amusing recitation of what must have been a frustrating situation. I hate the misuse of the word "professional." Those of us who spent years in higher ed getting professional degrees just love it when a high school grad expects to be treated (and compensated) as a "professional," especially the ones who come to work at a 5 day a week job 3 days out of the week on a regular basis.
