Death of a Friend

This song was composed my senior year in high school. Nearly twenty years later I recorded it at Jaxsn Music Studios in Hartford. This song was written partially due to the deaths of two high school classmates. While I did not know them it made many of us in school realize that life is not forever. We are human. If you are interested in using this song for any soundtrack please feel free to contact me. There will be no charge I just ask for the proper credit.

This is awesome, dude! Seriously, this is a great requiem in the vein of Steve Vai's "Call it Sleep". Did you write this on the piano? Did you use any software like Acid or Cakewalk?

This is beautiful Terry. i have dealt with the death of two close classmates in Viet Nam so this really is powerful. You are very gifted. This really sounds like loss and grief. Thank you I am honored to hear this

Wow! This is great! I've rated it a five. I'm only 23, and I've seen more death than someone who has been alive for eighty years. The only ones who can beat me are soldiers at war. Have you ever thought of singing with it? I'm subscribing to you. Your content is interesting! :)
