Today was the first time at baking any type of bread and I was given some "starter" so I thought that I'd give it a try. I had VERY LITTLE rise to the bread. The taste was good but it was very doughy in the middle. Any ideas as to where I knead to go from here. Any help would be great. Thanks a bunch Islandgirl.
