Vitamin supplements could not be the substitution for normal vegegetable, fruit and foodstuf rich diet, but the regular diet in developed countries is rich in refined sugar, fat combined with less physical performance resulting in huge amount of fat people in Europe. Therefoe, one of the concequences of globalism is globesity. In that situation vitamins/minerals may be taken through supplements. I am against artificial supplements.
