Dear Manny Pacquiao, Greetings and congratulations! I'm Felipe Cofreros, a former United Nations Education and Public Information officer and was assigned in Australia, Indonesia, East Timor and Cambodia. I'm also an author of Children's Picture Books and Art Books. Just search my name in Google and you could view the summary of "Sam's Wish" one of my children's book. I already published seven children's picture books here in the United States of America and three Art books in the Philippines. I was also a newspaper editor and columnist in Nagoya, Japan for six years. I also taught English as a Second Language and Curriculum Developer for the Pre-school in New York City for four years. I got my post graduate studies at John F. Kennedy School, Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA and some short term courses in Japan and United Kingdom. I really would like to share my expertise with you if you would like to help the needy children in the Philippines by building a school
