A Civil Engineering Team Develops a Floating Concrete Canoe

Wood floats. Concrete does not - or does it? While it is usually not recommended, a student civil engineering team did try to rock the boat. They successfully built a floating concrete canoe. Furthermore, it was designed like a planetarium.
