This song was inspired by my father. He joked with me before I left for college saying "Josh, you're going to find some young lady who is everything you could ask for, but the only way she'll ever go out with you is if you go vegan." This has not happened yet, but folk singer that I am, I wrote a song about it.

I recorded the simple melody and then improvised over it. I consider myself a folk musician.

This track taken from the Canterbury Sessions is another originally inspired by an old folk song. The track was built on a 'one-take' acoustic performance by Giger, Laning (who turns in a haunting backing vocal in the chorus) and Devine. Despite is flaws the musicians felt they had captured something special in the performance so it was left as it was recorded.
