Living Rich When You're Not Wealthy: 7 Keys to a happy and financially independent life is a seminar, based on the soon-to-be-published book, An Ordinary, Happy Man. The book and seminar show how anyone can live an enriched and debt free life, through strikingly easy steps. For example, with absolutely no new income, you can become debt free in a few years. This is not a get-rich-quick seminar; it's legitimate advice, based on real-world experience from a teacher, writer, professional speaker, personal finance consultant and personal development expert.
