The 80th Academy Awards was hosted by the normally funny Jon Stewart; however, tonight he wasn't even remotely funny.
With the writer's strike over, the 80th Annual Oscar show was able to go on as scheduled. Host Jon Stewart handled the staid show with topical humor, although a couple of slip ups nearly threw John Travolta and Colin Farrel off the stage.
