Soy has been at times on a pedestal and in the gutter. How can we sift through the information on soy and learn from the hype and the horror to figure out it's proper place in our diet? What broader lessons can we learn from this process?
I recently participated in IonCleanse at my chiropractor's office. This process claims to detoxify and accelerate the flow of healing energy in the body. The ion cleanse requires you to place your feet in a footbath for a half hour.
While many spend a disproportionate amount of their pin money on cosmetic wonder products and big-promise tonics, beauty really can come from the inside. Skin that's dry, sallow in color, or prematurely aged can truly be revitalized through improved diet.
