I seem to try out high fiber cereals. I think that a high fiber cereal comes with the territory of a healthy organic one. I really don't mind though, as long as the cereal is nutritious, made with good ingredients and taste good that it all that I am concerned about.

Dry cereals really haven't been around very long. Dr. John Harvey Kellogg ( yes, he of Kellogg's Corn Flakes, Raisin Bran, etc.) made the first ready-to-eat flaked cereal in 1894. Cereal does contain some fiber and is enriched with vitamins and minerals.
