My thoughts on Americans freedom of speech, or lack there of.

Freedom of speech involves two parties: the speaker and the listener. To engage in freedom of speech without considering the freedom of the listener infringes on human rights.

It is our right as Americans to use our freedom of speech. It is our duty as human beings not to hurt others in the process.

What makes America great? Freedom of speech comes valiantly rushing into my mind.

Scientology is afraid of me, freedom of speech and the internet. I'd like to know what the public thinks about this whole ordeal.

Pornography and other graphic materials existed before the Internet, but the technology's far-reaching capabilities have made this material more accessible and intrusive. Time will tell how the Supreme Court treats obscenity on the Internet.

The individual's freedom of conscience is given priority over social restrictions and moral imposition by society. "The worth of a State, in the long run, is the worth of the individuals composing it. . ."

All right, so it's come to my attention that folks are wanting to exercise their freedom of speech.

According to Reverend Al Sharpton, The Godfather of Soul wanted to clean up the music industry. In this commentary....I'm suggesting the Don Imus was that Channel selected from beyond.

Don Imus's apology comes too little, too late for some. Reverend Al Sharpton and many others are calling for his resignation.

Music censorship interferes with an artist's ability to produce music and a consumer's choice to listen to it and is therefore an infringement of the first amendment.
