Mary Winkler has been sentenced for the murder of her preacher husband.

After serving a mere 67-day sentence, Mary Winkler, the Tennessee wife who shot and killed her husband over one-year ago, has been set free.

Although the story is still developing, it appears that Mary Winkler, convicted in 2007 of killing her preacher husband, has gotten full custody of her daughters after the children's paternal grandparents turned them over to her.
