You have a large volume ot text that must be typed and retyped for different documents. You have a number of complicated tasks. It sure would be easy to create a shortcut for the tasks. You can, by using macros in Microsoft Word.

Most people don't even bother with the more complex functions that Microsoft Word offers, but you'd be surprised by how much more you can do when you learn to use Word macros. They can be difficult to decipher at first, but once you understand, it will come naturally.
