SUPERBAD

"Superbad", starring Jonah Hill and Michael Cera, wrapped up the summer with lowbrow humor and the possibility of getting America over American Pie movies.
After recently seeing the movie 'Superbad', I decided to reflect on the message of the movie - that is, if there even was one. I would suggest that curious parents watch this film, as it is a somewhat crude but blunt look at the average teenage life.
Superbad is one of the funniest movies you'll see all year.
A review of Superbad, the #1 box office, hilarious hit, starring Jonah Hill, Michael Cera, and Seth Rogen, from the award winning team of comedy writers, headed by Judd Apatow, and directed by Greg Mottola.
"Superbad" is another gut-bustingly hilarious movie for the summer of 2007, and one of the most entertaining times that we could ever hope to have at the movies this year.
Superbad is a hilarious "coming of age" tale of three friends whose quest for alcohol to be the party heroes takes them on an adventure that kept me laughing out loud for nearly all two hours of it.
A film review of "Superbad"
Despite bouts of predictability in comparision to other teen films, Superbad is a 'superfunny' production.
A dirty and disgusting look at this generation of teens.
I usually avoid idiotic movies that involve oversexed teens, and undersexed teens looking to become oversexed teens.
GUY MOVIE ALERT!
I've noticed a trend amongst the films being produced by Judd Apatow, not only have they all been fantastic R-rated comedies, but they all have a far deeper subtext underneath all the raunchy humor
Few movies are as impressively funny as Superbad, mainly because they tend to try too hard. Superbad is barebones and simple. Since most of the laughs are derived from conversational rants and put-downs, it also feels warmly familiar.
Superbad, Knocked Up and some of these other movies will make great additions to your movie collection this Christmas.
My sense of humor is very versatile. That means I can find several things funny without really sticking to one specific area. That is why I can find Superbad funny last weekend and see Mr. Bean's Holiday this weekend and found it funny.

No, I am not speaking of the toy making elves or the flying reindeer. I'm talking about the only people in retail who are willing to serve the masses of consumerism on the holiday supposedly reserved for the Lord's birth. Yes, I speak of the movie service laborers.
My favorite movies, TV shows, and performances of the year
Juno marks a time period in which teen pregnancy still happens, but not usually the way it happens in the world of film.
Juno is the best movie I have seen in a long time but it was not at all what I expected.
I could have made a living making bets on my forecasts for the past seven years. I'm tired of being right about how dark the world is; I'm hoping to make a difference in 2008 by looking on the bright side.

Apparently Hollywood seems to think that a succesful movie means copying any past some what decent idea. These films lack creativity and makes you wonder if anyone will be bold enough to stand out from the crowd.
