The romantic comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall is supposed to act as the new Knocked Up. I suppose it does achieve this, though I was not too big of a fan of Knocked Up, regardless, Forgetting Sarah Marshall is in no way painful to sit through.

Every so often I find myself whining to my husband about how unjust it is that movie goers are constantly bombarded with naked women, but rarely naked men. Then a movie like Forgetting Sarah Marshall comes along and I wish I had never opened my mouth.
"Forgetting Sarah Marshall" is not quite as funny as last year's "Knocked Up" or "Superbad," but it sure does come close enough. While it is another hit and miss comedy, the stuff that does hit is funnier than anything else I have seen so far this year.
