A year ago you wouldn't catch me in the gym. That all changed when I became the person to care for people in their older years.
There was a time were i didnt believe in medicating children for such things as ADHD or ADD but times have changed and so has my mind.
I have seen death in many forms from accidental to suicide and have watched the differnet ways it has been perceived.
