This video was filmed at my mom's business. She had some "ghost detectives" in earlier that month and they had told her she had a spirit in her shop. She and my sister were discussing whether this was true or not and she threw this straw wrapper on the counter. As she began to tell my sister how she felt about the ghost detectives the wrapper moved. She looked to see if any fans or air conditioners where on. There were none. The straw moved several times and she decided to film it.

My Fitness Coach is an amazing video from UBIsoft that brings a new level of fitness to the Wii. In this video we go through a 15 minute workout session. The first screen is where you choose your profile and follow by choosing your type of activity. You then choose your equipment. Maya asks you how you're feeling today and thus begins the really neat part about fit coach; it's completely customizable. When you answer a question from Maya she adjusts the game intensity based on your responses. You can also adjust the intensity yourself by pressing the + or - buttons. You will have the opportunity to step it up or down a notch. In this short video we go through the cardio routine.
