By dividing large stacks of files into just one or two simple smaller piles, then subdividing those piles, you can quickly organize large amounts of things without overloading yourself.

It has taken several years of trial and error, but I have gotten my schedule worked out to a point. To do this I had to evaluate my tasks and my day, and determine what I really needed to get done.
