One of the newest consumer trends are those who value experiences more than ownership-with examples like shared ownership of cars, or leasing concepts for handbags, jewelry and other luxury goods. A few new and more unusual "sharings" have begun to take root.
Picture John Wayne as Genghis Khan, his head encased in a spike-topped wok, and wearing baggy Mongolian trousers which stop four inches above his ankles.
