Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana is known for great pizza. The most famous of all pizzas is the clam pizza. This is the original clam pizza. Stefan is serious about pizza. The apizzo wood fired oven was imported from Italy and brought to Pawcatuck, Connecticut. As a matter of fact, the building was rebuilt around the wood fired oven. The pizza is so good at Apizzo Pizzeria Napoletana, when they first opened they would run out of dough. The dough is made 48 hours in advance and allowed to reach perfection.
