Our family and I loved the grater and never had a problem with it. I happened to be in a store in another area and they did not have it refrigerated. I told the cashier that the label read that it was to be refrigerated and she just gave me a wierd look--do not think she cared. I think some of the shelf -stable packaging and the type that must be kept in the refrigerated dairy dept. is being put in the wrong place in stores. That would make it dry out prematurely. I am sad that I ran out and now cannot find it in any store in our area. Was it discontinued?

Nice work on the video, but I bought this produt and was very satisfied with with. Mine wasn't easy to use at all, and I never read the directions on it, so I didn't leave the cap on it. My husband and I have used it several times, and simply love it....I suppose it's just a difference of opinions.

I was wondering about this product. I'm glad I didn't waste my money. Great review!

Very informative. I did not even know this product was out there. I think grating your own cheese is better also. Glad to have listened to your review. I certainly won't be buying this product.

I'm a cheese lover and wasn't aware of this, but it sounds like it's not much of a winner. Thanks for the info and wonderful job.
