What do you mean by "a unique IP address for your network"? Nice idea, but you're talking over people's heads. You haven't told me why I should change my IP address, if at all. Somebody could try this and screw up their connection.

OK so what are the rules for creating a new IP address? Is it any combination of four numbers?
