The US Family Court System is profiting from the collection of the collection of every dollar that comes through its enforcement agency. It receives two thirds of every dollar that comes through its enforcement mechanism. If say, it collects 4 Billion dollars a year (Pennsylvania). The state is reimbursed 2.67 Billion dollars from the Federal Government. A major conflict of interest for family courts. Not to mention that this a violation of the US Constitution.
