You are right. However, there is much more. Award of primary custody to any one parent when there are two, deprives the child of it's heritage and basic right to an identity. It is on the fringe of human trafficing. Seizure by the Court of 50 % of a families genetic material. It is inhumane and reduces child to the equivalent of a puppy litter. The US Family Court System is profiting from the collection of the collection of every dollar that comes through its enforcement agency. It receives two thirds of every dollar that comes through its enforcement mechanism. If say, it collects 4 Billion dollars a year (Pennsylvania). The state is reimbursed 2.67 Billion dollars from the Federal Government. A major conflict of interest for family courts. Not to mention that this a violation of the US Constitution. One parent does not have to gain primary custody. It is the way in which family laws are applied and practice. The Judges are responsible for this. There is a major move
