The Friend of the Court Abuse of Power

I agree totally that the friend of the court is not doing their jobs. My sons father is almost $7000.00 behind in his child support and I have been complaining for 3 years now about that and that he picks and chooses when he wants to pick up our son and when he wants to pay support.....

The Michigan Friend of Court should immediately be shut down and investigated by the Federal Government. They're abuse of power is mind boggling. I don't know who the watchdog is over the Friend of Court but they are not doing their job either. Here are the infractions committed by the Michigan Friend of Court in my case thus far. 1) Freeze on my bank account which holds only my SS benefits since I am disabled. 2) Reason for the above action supposedly non-payment of child support and not answering orders for child support. 3) Reason for not answering is the Michigan Friend of Court never sent me any documentation at all, including any court information of any child support order, even though they had my correct name and address. I live out of state, they still had my full contact information. 4) Case workers dodge pertinent questions, will not anwer your questions, or tell you they'll call back which they never do. 5) The Friend of Court then falsifies my information

I think that it is absolutley terrible that the friend of the court and the judges are so quick to throw a man in jail for not complying with the child support order but they rarely do anything to the woman who does not comply with the order for visitation. There are alot of men who pay child support and alot of women who deny the men their parenting time. Why aren't the courts throwing these women in jail for contempt of court. As far I am concerened if you don't pay support and you get thrown in jail the same should go to women who deny the men their parenting time. The money is not as important as the bonding time that these children need to have with their dad. Let's face it a child support check isn't what these kids are going to remeber fondly when they grow up, it's going to be the time and life lessons they learn from spending time with their dads. kids need both parents!!!

I totally support your efforts to expose the judicial system, which is out of control. However, I believe the only way that we can make any changes, is to sue the government immediately, for violating the constitutional rights of the people. 1. We have to send a very strong message to elected representatives that are no longer representing our interests, by voting against them from now on. 2. The existing laws must be changed to express the will of the people and not the judicial establishment. 3. The judges must be elected by the people and cannot be nominated by the governor. 4. The position of the judge must be chosen by attorneys with at least 15 years of experience in private practice, exclusively. 5. The attorneys working full time for the government cannot be nominated for the positions of judges. without exception. 6. Judges must be accountable for their mistakes, without any exceptions. One mistake and you are out. Regards John
