How to Add Notepad (or Another Shortcut) to the "Send To" Context Menu Item

In Microsoft Windows, when you right-click on a file or folder a context menu shows up. One of the items is "send to." This item opens up with other sub-items where you can send the file to. You can add other items to this list. My favorite one is Notepad. I oftentimes want to open a file in Notepad and this trick lets me right-click on the file, go to "send to" and choose Notepad.
