Good video but only half the job as per the comments like "so good for talking but when i install new hard drive but my laptop wont star what can i do" The new hard drive is empty. You need to install Windows from a CD/DVD and then you need to use another computer to download all the drivers you need for your particular laptop since you have lost the original CD. You have, haven't you! haha Till you load your drivers you may not have Ethernet port, sound, USB ports and monitor resolution control. After all that you can then load all your backed up data, emails, address book, programs, etc. You did keep back ups didn't you?

if your laptop isnt booting make sure it is set in bios to boot hard drive as primary and make sure the operating system is installed on your new hard drive.
