The Cow Face Pose is one of nine simple yoga stretches that you can do in your office. If you sit at a desk in front of a computer most of the day, chances are, you may be feeling stiff, sore, and rundown. You may also suffer from repetitive stress injury (RSI). And then there's work stress, which not only can make you feel bad, but can also make you physically ill. Yoga is one of the best forms of relief. It improves flexibility, gets the blood flowing, and provides a sense of general well being.

I'm so glad you mentioned the towel. I have health problems that make me very stiff while doing my work at the PC. I tried this and it helped. Thanks so much!
