Find Relief in the Office with Yoga
By Kimberly West, published Jan 17, 2007Standing Forward Bend is one of nine simple yoga stretches that you can do in your office. If you sit at a desk in front of a computer most of the day, chances are, you may be feeling stiff, sore, and rundown. You may also suffer from repetitive stress injury (RSI).
