No One Wants to Play with 1,700-Pound Percheron Horse Tobias
By Kimberly West, published Jan 17, 2007Our 4-year-old Percheron draft horse Toby is the only gelding in our herd. He's been henpecked and disciplined by our four mares since he was a "little" guy. And on this snowy day, the rambunctious and full-of-himself draft horse is brimming with energy and play, but no one wants to join in. He's a gentle giant, true to the Percheron breed. One of the most delightful horses I've ever had in a lifetime of horsemanship.
