Ingen Technologies, Inc. Announces the Exclusive Oxyview™ Distribution Deal with Invacare Supply Group, Inc

(OTC:IGTG), a medical device manufacturer, announced today that the Board of Directors approved the entry of Ingen into an exclusive distribution agreement with Invacare Supply Group, Inc. ("ISG"). ISG, a Massachusetts corporation, states that it has formalized a master distributor agreement with Ingen to exclusively distribute its innovative new oxygen flow meter, Oxyview™ for a term of up to 3 years. The territory includes North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
