Wow! There is a lot to this lifestyle! It would take a very dedicated person to pull this off. You must be very dedicated. I am not sure to be honest what exactly is bad about glutens or if there is a medical reason people would turn to this lifestyle.. I have to admit.. I don't think I could do it! Yes.. I am weak.. lol!

Thanks Gena, I'm guilty of contaminating myself with soy sauce. And it's very difficult to 'train' hubby about things like malt, or frozen packages of mexican food that "appears" to be made with corn tortillas and meat sauce.
